Dermatoglyphics: A Review

چکیده

The main purpose of this paper is to give the review of the contribution in dermatoglyphics from 1563 through 2005. The importance of it is given as observed in fingers, middle and proximal phalanges, palms, soles, toes, the inheritance of patterns, personal indentification, medico – legal cases, twin diagnosis and correlation with various types of afflictions.
